Multi Class Classification Information
All multi class athletes (athletes with a disability) attending the School Sport Australia Championships must have, at least, a provisional classification from Athletics Australia.
To register for a provisional classification, click here. Read all the information carefully and select the appropriate impairment for classification. You will then find more information and the appropriate application form.
There is currently no age dispensation provided in the SSA 10 – 12 Years Track & Field Championships.
NOTE RE PACIFIC SCHOOL GAMES 2017
Track and Field will be part of the Pacific School Games (PSG) to be held in Adelaide from 1-10 December 2017. However, only the 10, 11 and 12 years age groups will be included as part of the Games. It is expected that the 10-12 years events will conclude with the Closing Ceremony on either 6 or 7 December. Note, that other PSG sports will be continuing until 10 December.
Athletics Australia intends to conduct the 2017 All Schools Championships in Adelaide at the conclusion of the PSG 10-12 years program. Tentative dates, yet to be confirmed by Athletics Australia, are 8-10 December with Schools Knockout on 11 December 2017. Please note that the All Schools age groups will NOT be part of the Pacific School Games.
